This Privacy and Cookies Policy applies to all data collections and other data processing of Maxovate Technologies, in particular through www.recruitmaxx.ai and its service platforms (each referred to herein as a “Site”) owned and operated by it.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy any reference to “recruitMaxx” (or “our” or “us” or “we”) shall mean Maxovate Technologies and its affiliates and subsidiaries, as applicable. This Privacy Policy describes how recruitMaxx collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes the personal data you provide to us or to our customers. It also describes your choices regarding use, access, correction and deletion of your personal data.

4. Access to Personal Data Controlled by our Customers

recruitMaxx has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes for its customers. We recommend that an individual who seeks access or correction of data direct their query to the recruitMaxx Customer(the data controller).

5. Data Retention by recruitMaxx

We retain personal data for as long as a customer’s account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We will also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Data Security

As a Salesforce-native application, recruitMaxx employs Salesforce’s advanced security methods, including encoded session identifications and firewalls. We do not store your candidate database on external proprietary servers; all data remains within your secured Salesforce instance.

7. Links to Third Party Sites

Our Service includes links to other websites (e.g., job boards) whose privacy practices may differ. If you submit personal data to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies.

8. No Services for Minors

The Site is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of legal majority. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information if discovered.

In accordance with the CCPA/CPRA, residents may request details regarding the categories of personal information collected. recruitMaxx does not sell your personal data. You have the right to opt-out of cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Severability

The invalidity of any provision of this Privacy Policy in any country shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes in this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our Service prior to the change becoming effective.

recruitMaxx utilizes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for the transfer of personal data from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland to entities outside these territories, ensuring adequate safeguards for the protection of privacy.

13. Compliance with Data Privacy Framework (DPF)

recruitMaxx adheres to the Principles of notice, choice, accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity, and purpose limitation as defined by international data privacy frameworks. We remain responsible for the processing of personal data received and subsequently transferred to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf.

For users in the UK, complaints may be lodged with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). For users in India, we align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).
